You can now check in around the clock using the self check-in terminal at the main entrance.
Just follow the instructions on the terminal or have a look at our step-by-step self check-in guide:
1) Enter reservation number | select room
2) Scan ID | enter personal data
3) Pay by card
4) Take key card & invoice
Outside of opening hours, please use the night entrance at the back of the building. In the event of technical problems or emergencies, our on-call service is available around the clock via the intercom system.
