Start at the terminal at the main entrance: enter your reservation number and select your room – quick, easy and available at any time.

Scan your ID card & add registration details

Then scan your ID card and enter the required registration details. This ensures that all information is recorded correctly – without any waiting time at reception.

Pay conveniently by card

The next step is to complete the transaction directly at the terminal and pay easily with your card.

Collect key card & invoice

Finally, you will receive your room card and invoice directly from the terminal – and then you can relax and head to your room. (Outside opening hours, please use the night entrance at the rear; if you encounter any problems, you can reach the on-call service around the clock via the intercom.)

We kindly request our guests to use the night entrance at the rear of the building outside opening hours. In the event of technical problems or emergencies, our on-call service is available around the clock via the intercom system.
